- Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination.
- Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
- Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability.

- Take any action with respect to any user-generated content that we deem necessary or appropriate.

The KenFolios platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by KenFolios, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold KenFolios, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the KenFolios platform, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
### 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
#### 11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Mumbai, India, before a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, or failing such agreement, appointed by the Bombay High Court under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

KenFolios reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
