This Indian Couple Decided To Achieve Their Fitness Goals Together And The Results Were Amazingly Surprising

Blame it on the ahead of the curve beauty standards or the idea of an ‘Instagrammable figure’, most of us are constantly trying to get ourselves a healthy lifestyle. Nevertheless, healthcare issues related to poor living standards such as obesity, anorexia, and asthma are constantly on the rise in India. It is not necessary for us to maintain the perfect figure but what’s extremely important is the fact that one should always strive for better health.

This Marwari couple is all about spreading the same message. Aditya and Gayatri Sharma, who weighed 72 kgs and 60 kgs decided to put themselves through a rigorous routine of diet and exercise to get fit. Despite the fact that both of their weights were close to what people call normal in the country, they challenged themselves for a better self. “Initially, it was very hard to convince my family members as every mother wants to feed her son good food and can’t see him starving or refraining from having delicacies that she has cooked for him.”

Consciousness has always been at the center of Aditya’s everyday routine. Hoping for a better physique so that he could wear perfectly fitting shirts is what inspired him to start working out. He dedicated himself to regular exercising and a healthy diet for the next three months despite the fact that his family denied agreeing with his wishes.

But not giving into the concern of his family proved to be a better decision when the results of his dedication started showing. He lost 20 kgs within a few months and decreased the percentage of fat in his body by 8 percent. Supporting her husband on his journey to fitness, Gayatri also lost 11 kgs in three months.

This amazing transformation has inspired thousands of Indian families to take a step towards a better lifestyle. With Aditya and Gayatri’s new business as health consultants, its proven again that dedication and will make anything possible.
